You won't find one. Just go to Pacific Mall and you can get good deals with Rogers/Fido/Telus/Bell since it is still Chinese New Year!

Instead of going to the Pacific Mall (ick), I would suggest you go look at craigslist or kijij. You might find what you are looking for there.
And really who cares if your Chinese.
