Mike, unfortunately my patience has now run, and I must let other members know of our situation, just in case any has a similar experience with you. i have numerous pms about it as well.

I purchased a headset from Mike about 3 WEEKS ago, seemed like a good guy, honest. gave him his asking price and returned home to try it out, only to find that my unit was defective. First thing that came to my mind was i got a fake! but i must give him the benefit of the doubt since he told me they are all original. The problem with the headset was that the other person on the line could not hear me at all, it was veeeeery low, and sounded as if i was 5 feet away from the speaker. So i even called him the very next morning with the unit and he himself could not hear me, and that was my very first way of proving to him that it was a defective unit. So he said that he will either give me a refund or exchange. Well hey, i wanted one, so i said im ok with an exchange. For us to meet or even get communication was hard enough. So i finally called him and he told me he was free, and to pass by, which i did, only to find when i got to his neighborhood where he said he would be, was no where to be found, and when i called him it kept goin to his voicemail! So hey, i left a message saying i was waiting and had to head home cause it was friggin freezing! after that........again couldnt get a hold of him, at one time his gf picked up saying he was at work. Finally again i get ahold of him, this time he said he had no more headsets nor money...so id have to wait, i said fine, thats cool. ............................................since then, i have called him only to hear his voicemail, and to have no callbacks at all, and as you all seen ive left two requests here to call me back.

So i guess buyer beware, and i do sincerely hope mike that you treat your buyers more fairly and you do what you say you'll do. For 50 bux bro? not worth it.

PS: dont worry bout the headset situation between us, ive bought another one.

again im sorry, i think i gave enough time between us to fix this, but i think you were just dragging it on till you got rid of your stock.

whats up with these idiots saying they have no more money or stock... thats a complete bs line... if u don't have money go withdraw from your creditcard and pay the premium interest its not right to pull those lines... if u cannot backup being an honest sellar/buyer don't f'n do business on rfd

forums like RFD exist and last over time because of honest dealings between individuals. I dont think it's really that hard to practice common courtesy.

Ahh... That's terrible stuff. I also had an experience with a seller who sold me something that didnt work. He then told me that he had no more of the item available, or money to give me a refund... Who the hell spends the money right away without ensuring the customer is satisfied??? This guy should be banned from trading on here...

exactly... when you go to a store for a refund do they say "sorry, we don't have any cash on hand"? NO. everyone has money, they are just lying.

unless he declares personal bankruptcy then i say take the guy to court as a matter of principle.

$50 may be very much to you, but you may be doing the world a favour by making sure he never tries that **** again.
