I need help.. i know this card is crap... i wanna get all the juice outa it, never oced before... need steps if this doesnt work then i needa get a newer card... just wanted to see what can this card do...

Dont bother, use the BST forums to get a nice AGP card of the 6800 or x800 series. A 6600GT, 7600GT, x800, 6800 will all be miles ahead of what you use now. Your card is basically worthless, unless its got a passive heatsink, and people want a HTPC.

personally, I think there is no point in OC'ing ur VC !
The difference you'll find is like NOTHING for today's applications !

i just need it to run warcraft 3... it worked before now it crashes... everytime i load the program

Download RivaTuner, it's an easy to use program that will let you overclock the memory and processor seperately. Also, I highly recommend that you use RivaTuner to put your GPU fan speed up to 100% on this card.
My buddy has an older computer with the FX5200 in it. We got about a 20% overclock out of the memory and gpu. ** Remember, you'll get better performance gains out of overclocking the ram compared to the gpu, so do the ram first.
It's always good to learn how to OC on a cheaper card like this incase something goes wrong. (which is very unlikely)

install the latest nVidia drivers
install ntune
OC away.
