I just downloaded the CnC3 demo and its friggin amazinggggggggg!

I have:

AMD 2500+ oc'd to 3200+
1 gig ram
9600 Pro

Just wondering if upgrading to another AGP card (9800 pro) will help me? I can play CS:S with smooth fps (around 60-90 fps). Just wondering if its worth upgrading to a 9800 pro --> or what else do you suggest for an AGP slot?

The ATI nomenclature is quite confusing, there is an X version, a XT version, and a XTX version... lol, sometimes there are even 3 X's in a name!

My two recommended cards are on thehttp://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics.html?modelx=33&model1=545&model2=574&chart=198 following link to TomsHardware.
You'll see an improvement in fps over your 9600 but depending on how much you have to pay for these cards it may not be worth it.

The 9800Pro is quite a bit faster than the 9600, but i'd go for at least a 6800GT/X800 series card for a decent upgrade and to last a bit longer. There's somebody in BST selling a X850XT AGP i think for $135?
