question about ebay... could use ur help

Say I were to buy something on ebay, and it ends up they have an ebay store(which is a LEGIT BUSSINESS) that is physically located in TORONTO...
Item is bought, and I arrange for a local pickup to save on shipping fees.


Am I subjected to pay 14% tax upon my pickup of the item?
Would anyone be able to tell me something definite and concrete?

do they make you pay taxes if they ship it out? im assuming yes, so it would not be any different if you were to pick it up yourself.
