Sometimes I get those funny weird emails with spam, but this one today was a little more unusual...lol

Nah, its how spammers get past spam filters. It's a mixture words in different languages, and it somehow tricks the filter into thinking its a real email.

so whats the point of sending it if no1 can understand? they get money for every time someone opens the email? dunno how that would work in email unless there was some sort of link

There's usually an image attached with the real spam/advertisement.
