Canada as well.
Starting in 2007, the Daylight Saving Time period will be extended by one month and will begin (for most of Canada and the United States) at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and revert to standard time at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. These new start and stop dates were set in the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

If you paid attention .... it was already in the news in 2006 that our (Canadian) Daylight Savings Time is going to be the same as the Americans ....
Start ... March 11 (second Sunday in March)
End ... November 4 (first Sunday in November)

Daylight savings time is not healthy. Takes a few day to readjust the circadian rhythms. I guess, saving electricity is more important nowdays since very thing has gone green.

Dude, it's just one less hour.
But the 2 all-nighters in a row I'm about to pull will disrupt circadian rhythms for sure >:(

Actually, it is not about sync with time.windows.com. It is about the windows updated the OS. The time in time.windows.com does not change. It is the offset of the local machine get change.
For example, I have some linux machines got the right time automatically and some do not.
The one that does is with later release of Linux. All these machine time sync with the same place.

I tried updating my time with time.windows.com, but it always brings me back one hour. It's monday, 7h38Am right now, and still my computer won't update right. I switched it manually, but does anyone know why this would happen ?
Edit: Posting says 6h39.. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm not 2h in advance...

We're using Kerio and our I.T guy has not integrated it with blackberries yet. So my mail is sent from Kerio to the BIS, and then to the blackberry.

Like every year, waking up an extra hour early is killing me now....although the extra sunlight is great.
