This guy seems a little shady. This is the original thread, located in Calgary. The price actually went up. Someone went to pick it up, cash in hand but was told of the price jump.

Ok. Just to clear the air.
Yes it's available, it's on ebay now.
The guy in calgary had no deal with me, I had no deposit, etc.
My little cousin, said he'd sell it for more on ebay, if he can take the profit after 750.
I wasn't going to crush his little entrepreneurial spirit, so I let him take pictures, take my ad, and list it. I told the guy if he wanted it, he had first crack at it. It's the same deal as if I sold it to my cousin first, then he flipped it. First come first serve.
Honestly, it's worth every penny, if you search up ebay for completed listings, there was one recently sold for $999 USD that did NOT have the warranty, extended battery, no case, no external DVD drive, etc.. from the states (so you'd have to pay duties/customs, which I already paid for the first time)..
considering my asking was $900 CAD with all that.. I would think it's a no brainer..
It's available here http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=009&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=190093033243&rd=1&rd=1
for those still interested.
Anyways, i'm leaving him in charge.
sorry for the late reply of all pm's.. please forward them to the ebay listing.

I love it too.. I mean, if you bring it around campus, there is no comparison about cool factor between laptop vs any mac, etc etc.
I always had people asking me where I got it.
Now that I'm out of school, I hardly ever use it.
The best feature of the laptop is the size.. Then its silent processor.. no fan.. it's amazing.
But sorry, I won't part out the battery. I'm letting ebay handle it all now. thanks.
