I just went to a builder today near Major Mckenzie & Mccowan. The houses are located at the stonebridge road (claimed to be part of Berczy Village). The area of Southwest of Major Mckenzie & Mccowan, which are facing the houses I am interested, is still undeveloped. It is consisted of mud and bushes. The builder told me it is a natural reserved area and will never be developed or bought for business use because it is owned by nobody and need to be approved by city. I really doubted it. Anyone knows if it's correct? Where can I make a call to find it out? Do you think any organization in Markham city government can give me the answer?

Look in the fine print of the contract. They cannot Gaurantee anything.
