Looking to do some major renovations, but am pretty scared to get stiffed with a dead beat contractor ( damn you Holmes on Homes)
Here is a summary of what I am looking to have done.
Oak Kitchen cabinets sanded and re-varnished
Two full bathrooms gutted and redone (remove existing ceramic, tub, vanity, toilet, etc)
Sand and re-varnish hardwood floors in living room and three bedrooms
Sand and re-varnish banisters, stairs
Rip out and replace hallway, dining room, and kitchen ceramic
Replace kitchen backsplash with new ceramic, install granite counter-top
Paint
Gyproc repair and some plastering
Landscaping (Can be done starting May 9th)
