Hey again,
Sorry I have yet another question about my acura troubles, I hope its the last.
So this car was given to me, and for a variety of reasons I've decided to get rid of it. As of right now, the transfer portion of the ownership has been completed and signed over to me, but I haven't officially transferred ownership with the ministry, I just have a trip permit.
So I've decided to give this car to car heaven, do I need to register the vehicle in my name as unfit before I can sign it over to them? I called car heaven and they said just cross out my name on the transfer line and put "car heaven" and as long as the previous owner's signature is there its fine.
Does anyone know if that's really the case? I'm just trying to avoid further complications, at this point I just want this car out of my life.
