Am looking for storage boxes for the bed of my truck that go along the side. Ive heard them called many things, from porkchop boxes to saddle boxes.

I have a crewcab truck with a short box, so I dont want a storage box that goes in the front, as that eats up to much of the length of the box. Plus I have a tonneau cover as well.

Its for a 2005 Nissan Frontier. Imports it seems are bit tougher to find. Ive been looking here and there and cant find anything locally.

Anyone have luck finding these

Check with The Truck Outfitters in Calgary. (http://thetruckoutfitters.com/files/fullcatalog.pdf) for their catalog. I don't know what they have for Nissan's though. Also, Toys for Trucks might be able to fix you up (no web site for them).

Thanks. Next trip there I will take a look.

Sometimes finding stuff for imports can be a pain

Ordered one, but it just wont fit. Guess they arent made to fit when you have tonneau covers.

anyone else have a tonneau cover on their truck and a storage box.

I think I will be just doing the rubbermaid thing and bungee it to my utilitrack system

Why is it so hard to get things for imports sometimes

Solved my problem.

Nissans have the Utilitrack system for tie downs, etc. They have an accesories that uses this that can split the bed up. Its like a metal divider that you can put anywhere on the track. Right to the front, to the back, to the middle, etc. So I ordered one of these, and then found an awesome Stanley water proof tool box with locks. Rectangle shaped and tall, so it fits perfectly along the side, and with the divider, it wont slide around either.

Problem solved.
