k so I tried listing something to sell on ebay cause its 5 cents today, and omg it wont let me list, I kept trying since like 8pm till now and I missed 24 for this crap. and I still cant figure out how come ebay wont let me list, this is what I get when I try to list:

anyone know what to do? I tried like everything! I have never been so frustrated ever!!!
plz tell me this is the right section, I was gonna post this in computers and electronics, but it didnt fit somehow.
Also if you could help me by 11.59pm since 5 cents thing on ebay lasts till then, thx!
edit: I am verified, i think i am stuck at the linking it to my ebay account.

You need to go into MyeBay, and on the left go to My Account, and be sure to have your PayPal addressed added.

The become verified button. Are you sure that you have the PP account connected to ebay?

After clicking the button, log into your PP account. If its already verified, ebay should refresh it self. Or at least mine did.

oh, then my ebay thing didn't refresh. Bah I give up. Is there a way to complain to ebay to get like free listings or something for their inconvenience they caused me?

Uhh, you are the worst type of customer there is.
Food for thought - ever think about asking eBay directly? Go to ebay.com, and at the very top right corner, it says Live Help.

The other issue could be have you posted anything else recently. When my account was new it would only allow me to post 11 things at once I think then it took a couple days for me to be able to post again I got the same exact error.

Go to eBay.ca not eBay.com and sell your item there. Then make it available to worldwide.
If you use a non Hotmail/Gmail/Yahoo e-mail address (ie. not a free e-mail address) on your eBay account, you should be able to get around this.
Or buy some one cent eBooks from people and they will build up your feedback and then maybe you will be able to list. Some give you automatic feedback.
What are you trying to sell? I know that eBay has instituted this policy recently to prevent counterfeit handbags/wallets from being sold, but Canadians have always been able to sell to the United States. So go to eBay.ca, and then choose to sell to Canada and the United States, and you should be able to get around this.
