Meeting Place in Ottawa

Need ideas for a meeting place/room for about 10people.
Criteria
-Close to downtown
-Free; don't have to buy food either
Really stumped; can only think of food places but this is a brainstorming session for a potential new association so wanted to avoid food so we can get things done. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Did that last month but found it difficult to have pple focus. Too cosy & pple generally tended to be chattier. It's the absolute last resort

Uh.....library is usually free....and nooooo food there!
