I don't beleive this qualifies as a hot deal but thought it's worth mentioning.

I purchased an extended service plan for $59 when I had them install my alarm/remote starter for my Prelude. The warranty expired and I just got in the mail a notice from them thanking me for purchasing their extended warranty, advising me that the $59 I may use as credit towards their instore purchase (minimum of $400 purchase). The letter coupon is good for up to one year.

Now if you normally do shop at Visions you can use that money towards your next purchase, and slap on another warranty plan. Then at the end get it back as credit towards yet another purchase. In cases like this it's like getting warranty slapped on for nothing since you get it back at the end anyways. I couldn't find a reason to reject their offer prior, and still think it's a good deal. Makes good business sense. The consumer is happy and they get repeat customers.

I never had to use the warranty service so I can't comment on that area. Perhaps someone who has can comment.
