I have a question to people who have the Western Digital MyBook Premium Edition bought at Costco. This model has two light rings. The inner ring is supposed to show the capacity of the hard drive. By looking at the gauge, you can tell how much of the HD is filled.
Well, my entire HD ring is lit all the time. That is inaccurate unless the entire HD is full.
I have re-installed the software but the capacity gauge is still not working.
