I guess they are trying to get rid of these since the new one has a light in it
They are on clearance for 19.99 - additional 40% off
Warning label looks like a typical TTI label... if you don't know these guys also make ryobi and ridgid, and own milwaukee

that's not an impact screwdriver!
it's a simple powered screwdriver, useful for gentle screw applications. An impact screwdriver for $13 would be RFD's blockbuster hot deal of the year!!!

Exactly what I was thinking. That's not an impact.

It's not an impact driver and certainly wouldn't compare it to my Makita Impact Driver, but it is an impact screwdriver - read the item description:
Cordless 4.8 volt power driver. Forward and reversing. High torque/high speed unit fits into the palm of your hand. No more stripping screws - impact action will allow tool to clutch out before screws strip. 2 position handle. 175 in.lbs of torque. 1,800 rpm speed. Quick connect bit tip holder allows for easy set up whatever the application.
and
Unlike the generations of power screwdrivers that have preceded it, this unit doesn't drive screws by applying only rotational torque. It also delivers thousands of tiny impacts, vibrations really, as you drive or remove fasteners. The result is no stress on the wrist--there is no sudden twisting motion at start-up as you would have with most drill-drivers. There is also less likelihood of stripping screw heads.
Not going to be the RFD Deal of the Year - but could be useful for some.
