CRIMINAL SCAMMER Wanted by the Metro Police

(We have his home address on Gra.... St, Toronto his parents name Ferr..... and telephone number.
and have forwarded this information to the Metro Police Fraud

Those of you who have been defrauded by Matthew Ferr... AKA "qapmlz" or his "acccomplice" should
contact Det Allan Spratt, Toronto Police 416 808 7300 and refer to case 2145668

He has also defrauded under the names KingFlux, HSBC, and others on RFD.
Police have been notified.

here is what another member said about him when he was KingFlux:

"I was just scammed by KingFlux - , about 17-19, shaved black hair, about 5 foot 10. He paid me via verified paypal, and I dropped off the xbox in toronto to him (see my sig for thread). Today paypal notified me they are attempting a "funds reversal". What can I do? This guy is claiming he does not know me and someone "stole his passwords".

He Just did the same scam on Ebay with a guy selling an IBM T43 about 1 1/2 months ago.
qapmlz paid with a fraudulent Paypal account. The seller took a 1300 payment from qapmlz who picked up the T43 in person. qapmlz purchased the Thinkpad under a new Ebay user ID that had 0 feedback. 2 days later paypal reversed the transaction stated that the payment had been made with a stolen credit card.

paypal wil ltell u its a fraudulent even if it isnt. the seller doesnt have proof of shipping..wich means hes screwed even if the account was in good standing order.
or..he just called the cc company and said bs,its difficult but theyll reverse it. and paypal will make a hole in ure account..if this guys here on a stu visa or soemthing look for him all u want. good that u have a pic :)

RFD is not the POLICE.

and the POLICE do not make the decision if the suspect is guilty or not, a JUDGE does that. the POLICE take the evidence into account to see if theres enough to CHARGE the suspect.

If his friend was on RFD for such a long time, and trustworthy, I wouldn't have the slightest idea how he wouldn't know about his friend's practices. He even states he knows HSBC has had a number of "successful deals", so why wouldn't he know about the bad deals he was doing? And as a member with other friends on the forum, I'd probably notice a thread my friend created and at LEAST would have had a discussion with him/her about it.
