Give them negative feedback as well, lol. Can't win 'em all.

ebay only removes feedback under very specific circumstances, as they consider feedback to be an opinion, and everyone is entitled to one

you could neg him back, then ask him to do a mutual withdrawal

but first, leave a calm factual response to the neg he left you, because with a mutual withdrawal, the comments remain - just the rating disappears.

Hi there,

What does the feedback says? Under the eBay Policy, if there is a PayPal disputed, neither party can discuss in the feedback of the disputed, such as "Buyer didn't discuss with me first and filed a dispute via PayPal. Don't trust this buyer".

"Made fraudulent paypal claims, even after he received his delivery CROOK"

anyway I requested eBay to have the feedback removed, still waiting for a reply.

As a long time ebayer, I am almost certain that ebay wil not interfere with the comments posted by deleting one. But, since you have posted very bad feedback on this buyer, you have an option. You and he/she can mutually withdraw your comments. You will have to contact the buyer (and I'm sure you'd want to) in order to arrange to do so... but it is an option.

Hi there,

Well, that feedback is actually not allowed. Disputes can't be mention. I have a friend who got the same situation, but eBay removed that feedback because of that violation. A dispute must remain between the two parties and since PayPal is the one that decided upon who is right and who is wrong, both parties can't discuss it.

no, i was the buyer, the feedback was from seller after he/she lost the paypal dispute; during the over one-month dispute process, the seller never replied

just received a reply from ebay, standard copy&paste type, meaningless to my case, so i will have to study ebay policy to determine if ebay will be able to remove the feedback
