Hi, I have apply to be a CSR with RBC recently and I am on my 3rd interview? Frist time they phone me was a very simple phone interview that basically ask me y I like to work for them and to test my communications skills. The 2nd one is a test where I go and do a test to see if I can hancle incomming calls and how I would answer each call and so on.

Now they call me again and I will be having a 3rd interview which will be a phone interview again(they said it will be around an hr). They told me it will be mostly on how I handle different stituations(What is the must diffucult stutation u have to deal with when dealing with a cusotmer, how u handle it and what is the outcome of it?).

If anyone have have phone interview with any banks or RBC can u guys tell me what they ask or any question that u think they might ask. Thx a lot guys!

I did with BMO; I'll post in a few minutes, but first of all, learn some grammar and spell correctly. Let's hope you don't need to write reports or anything for this position.

Okay so mine was with BMO, they'll do the STAR method on you. Both my phone and face to face interviews used STAR.

Situation
Task
Action
Result

They'll ask for plenty of examples from previous work places about situations and incidents and how you handled them. Since it's a phone interview, go to a quiet area, drink some tea so that your voice sounds better, be nice and calm and speak clearly.

I don't think I did good. I think I talk too much and I use too much slang:yup: instead of "yes"

I sounded a bit nervous in the beginning as well.
