Where can I get some legal advice regarding a dispute at work over car reck and who has to pay for what....

Its not about car insurance more about deductibles and such. This company is making a friend of mines pay a certain amount of money because they have a deductible policy which he had to sign at the beginning of the workplace but was never aware of it. They want him to sign for it now....They threatened that if he quits or decides not to pay it, he'll have to pay it out in full + some intereast...

Obviously he shouldn't sign anything. The law society of upper Canada has a free hotline that you can call to get a half hours legal advice for free. Do a google search to find their website and get the 411.
