You can use the PPTC 132 "Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor" form. http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/australia/pdf/ppt132_e.pdf

You can use the PPTC 132 "Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor" form. http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/australia/pdf/ppt132_e.pdf

Which will significantly increase the time it takes to get your passport. Find a guarantor somehow, some way, show up at the passport office at 8 am and pay the extra cost required to get your passport back ASAP.

If you don't get a guarantor, you won't be getting your passport in 2 weeks.
