Manfrotto Modo 785B Tripod

I need a tripod, my hand is soo unsteady and my pictures are really sucking.
I can't do any good landscape pics at all.
Can anyone help me find a deal on this product?
I don't mind if it has to be shipped as long as the deal is good (and I don't get charged up the wahzooo on shipping).
