Florecent lights

Anyone know where the cheapest place to buy florecent lights? 13w or 23w regular bulbs?

Costco has 8 packs of 13W CF or 6 packs of 23W CF for... I think it was $15.95. Luminus brand if i remember correctly. They're quite yellow for a CFL in my opinion but they do give off their advertised amount of light. No issues there.

I tried some dollar store ones and they were dim, took forever to startup, and seemed to die as quickly as regular incandescent bulbs.
