Not sure if this is the right place to post but I saw a pool table at costco, its the Sportcraft Tuscany.. playing surface 88"X44" looks pretty good. Anyone bought it? any one saw it?

How much is it? What is your budget? Are you a casual user or do you want to take it more seriously? From all the tables that I have seen at costco i'm not too happy with their looks nor their quality.

well, the table was 784$.. I am a casual player but I am still looking for something good quality that will last..dint really have a budget.. just saw it and thought I would buy it because it seemed to be fairly cheap

I would buy used... When I was shopping for a table, I saw some really good deals on craigslist.

the problem with buying used is you unless you play on it for a while, you wont know the condition of the slate. If the table and cloth look like they have been well taken care of then you can pretty much assure that the slate is in good shape. I bought my table new, used tables are significantly cheaper, if you can find a good used table than that is a good bet.

Unfortunately, I would not really be able to tell if the slate is in good condition as I have never owned a table..
But I wanted to know the size of the usual pool table in a pool hall..
