Hey RFD,
This forum is always full of rich information!..I want to take my cousin to Vancouver from Toronto but he is only a Permanent Resident and in the process of being a citizen. What documents does he need to travel via air???
Thanks in advance!

just needs his PR Card and passport. Might not even need a passport, just the PR card might be enough. But carry both anyways
You can travel anywhere in canada with the PR Card.

All you need is photo ID of some sort to go through security and board an aircraft.

Yes, because once you have legally entered Canada, you are free to reside/visit other parts of this country. So just bring drivers' license, he'll be fine. If in doubt, bring another piece of picture ID, but I doubt they check.
