Wow that was so awesome! I love Sakura! I really miss the SF games. I gotta get back into it for sure. I remember trying this program a while back ago but just couldn't figure it out.

Yeah you download the engine, then you can download user-made custom characters and duke it out.

yah but there's one like that already built, it has alot of characters, i downloaded it..it's fun, but the resolution is really low so it looks crappy on my monitor
