Rogers gift - LouLou Magazine?

I got a free gift from rogers today and I can select LouLou magazine. As I understand it, LouLou magazine is the way to get an SPC VIP card.

Does anyone know if I'll get the card this way?

You can only get the SPC card if you subscribe under a specific promotion code, so you won't get it since it's a free gift from Rogers (I'm assuming it's from Rogers Wireless?)

LouLou mag is owned by yup you guessed it, Rogers Media. which is owned by RCI (Rogers communications INC)
