im looking into purchasing a new desktop pc. hwoever which way would be the best choice. i notice things at futureshop or bestbuy always having these "bundles" like 20" display n printer with a pc or etc. but are the pc's really that good in terms of parts. OR is it better to built it myself?

Of course build one yourself, or if you don't know how, buy a customized one. Never ever buy the prebuilt ones from FS/BB unless it's like dirt cheap.
