i need to call to some asia countries regularly (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China)
but i dont have a phone line, so long distance with my cell is expensive... and i'm tire of buying phone cards everytime it runs out
is there any plan i can use for my cell phone to make long distance call?

i dont need one only good for free incoming, because i'm still using the old city fido plan (unlimited local calling any time)
is there anything i can use and they charge me on the cell phone bill?

How about something like this..
USe any provider that suites you for the long distance..Register your cell phone number with them. In that case, u need to dial only their access number and not any password etc...
HAve them auto top up ur account once the balance reaches say $5 or something like that. You may need to register ur credit card with them...

You will never get a cheap long distance service that is added on to your Fido phone bill.
your best bet is to use a VOIP callback service.

With vbuzzer you dial a local access number and then dial the number you want. It calls you back and you're good to go.
