Crazy question but have you checked every possibility of storage on your phone? As in, is your phone storing your outbound messages, filling up your inbox?

If anything, I'd call them and ask ... maybe you need a software update.

What model phone?

It's probably that your outbox is full. Go to the text messages folder, and then to "sent messages"

I think you are storing messages on your SIM card. Try setting it to storing to the PHONE instead.

Every folder is empty, always delete right away. But how do I know messages on SIM cards, and how to find out and delete them?

The phone is Sony Ericsson Z500.

get a new phone.. reading the manual would help.

not a big prob, you should be able to figure it out by playing around.

afaik, with SE's it's irrelevant to the model.

The phone tells you 95% full because that is the case.

Be it in;

inbox
outbox
sentbox
saved messages

If assuredly all those folders are empty...your phone is DEFECTIVE. Pursure warantee recourse.

FYI, you can't set default 'save to sim' on SE's....again...afaik :lol:
