Are PC notebook DDR2 sodimms compatible with a c2d Macbook?

I know the DDR sodimms were compatible with the ibooks - not 100% certain about the macbooks tho.

Only difference between a Mac and a PC is that the Mac costs more. Same hardware, DDR2 will work fine.
