Cheap DVD Player

I'm looking for a cheap (around $40) DVD player for my in-laws. Up converting and Divx would be nice, but not a necessity. I'd like to be able to pick the unit up in the Hamilton/Burlington area as well.

Don't know if you'll find anything <$40 that upconverts.
