i bought a IOGear Keyboard/Mouse Long Range Wireless w/Nano Shield a couple months back when they had it on sale. since then i misplaced the receipt .

the mouse died yesterday , bought fresh batteries tried those out and still dead . i have never tried to rma through dell and was wondering what exactly i need to start the process.

you still have the email from dell, call them and ask for another copy of your receipt.
then its time to call iogear.
