Flammable Paste?

Does anyone know if they sell these in Canada (Toronto to be specific)? I'm not sure if that's the right term, but i think it looks like toothpaste on the outside, but the paste is flammable. It could be in a aerosol container or could just look like a toothpaste (not too sure). If anyone has any clue on where to get these, please let me know, thanks.

Yeah I think that's it. I'll be using it to make some special designs and light them up at night and show it to a girl. I see that the site ships to Canada, but it's $16 (almost 4x the price of the item itself) to ship and that's too expensive. Does anyone know where I can buy these locally?
