Looking to buy large clear plastic bags for recycling

...you know the type that big buildings use in the larger recycling bins.

We do a lot of recycling, from paper to styrofoam etc.

How do I buy these in bulk or at a discount rate?

costco sells 100 for about $10, they seem to be really heavy duty...some of my neighbours use transparent blue bags which are a little smaller but i'm not too sure where they get them from

I went to Costco and I could not find the clear plastic ones, which I believe are the ones for recycling.
