Print screen the website? Plain text? Basic Table Row/Column Format?
If I were to print screen... it would take up several pages otherwise it would not be clear. If I were to type it out on a word document, I can fit everything.
How do you guys do it?
This is for a summer job

I just do print screen and then put it in a word document...then make it into a PDF file.

The great thing about an unofficial transcript is that you can format it any way you like.
Make it look good and organized, perhaps hide some of your lower grades in between your better ones so that when it is looked at quickly, it isn't as noticeable.

Agreed. I created my own format in a word document (then converted to pdf) separating the courses by terms. I don't know if this had any effect but I also put the more relevant courses at the top and surrounded every C with As.

Another great thing about an unofficial transcript is that you can change the marks to whatever you like.

Real one costs money, and takes a couple days to prepare.
In any case, I use the Adobe PDF printer to print it off the screen. I'm fairly certain that when receiving applications, companies will see the university formated pages from some students, and 'your own' pages from others, and might think: why would a student do that?

If you're with UofT, there's a button to get the "Print View" and you just print it from internet explorer (or whatever program you use).

Real official transcripts are usually never handed to the student and mailed directly to the requester..
You can also request that they give the 'official' printout to you, but then they stamp all over it that it was handed/released to the student.
