Seems like a good deal. Will probably pick it up today, what do you think of this?

I have a coupon for this in my pennysaver for $19.99 as well.
Can anyone post the online link of the coupon? I dont know where to find them

Also, Super Talent gives you a Lifetime warranty on this and it is supposed to be very fast.




EDIT: I just got back from there... let me make this clear. I just went to factory direct, this is NOT a super talent one... they just used the picture. It is actually a cheap looking A-Data USB stick.
Thats why I didnt purchase it. It looked very cheap and I am not sure about the read/write speeds on the a-data one.

i got one from bestbuy made by digimax. (relatively no name brand)

after a year of use. i've found out it doesn't always work/register in all pcs/macs.

and also the build quality is pretty poor. feels so 'flimsy'. .neways. from that experience i'll probably stick with a better name next time around.

but i can't say anything specific about this one.

Judging from super talent's website and reviews of their usb sticks, it seems pretty reputable.

Altough, I will have to see if its ACTUALLY a super talent, because at FD, they sometimes have other random brands instead of the one shown in the picture.

well like I said, there is a COUPON in my pennysaver for me to get it for $19.99 ... and I think these coupons can be found online too, but I have no idea where... it COULD be exclusive to my location, or maybe somewhere on the website it will have another coupon.

to the guy that made fun of super talent:
do your research on their USB sticks before you say their name kills the deal.

and vs Kingmax ones, super talent is probably 2x faster, actually MORE than 2x faster because those kingmax ones are S L O W


also, i advise against this deal because I just went and it was horrible customer service and it ended up being A-data, and not super talent, also it looks VERY cheap, see through too

I wouldn't risk w/ cheapie usb, we are talking about precious data. I don't wanna find out my essay is lost because of the error on it:cry:

I have the 8 GB version, works great, have transferred huge files on it and faster than my patriot. The 8 GB for $39.99 was a good deal, so this one should be too.

if you are reffering to super talent

look up reviews for super talent usb sticks. They are very good.

edit: and most flash usb drives retain the memory very well, and usually any files lost will be an error on the user's fault (pulling the drive out without 'removing' it from the task bar)

depends what you are looking for.
If you dont need the speed... which not everyone does, and if you want the portability, the TINY kingmax one's are fine.
Otherwise super talent is good because of the read/write speeds.

I HATE how they use pictures of things that dont look anything close to the real product. The thing was BLUE and semi transparent!:mad:

oh also... I believe kingmax and super talent both have lifetime warranties on their flash drives. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hmm.. can you use the coupon to get it for 19.99 and also send in for a $10 rebate? A $10 4GB usb stick would be alright, even if it is a cheap no name one.

Unfortunately, Factory Direct has a habit of using random images in their ads for their generic products.

Thanks, unfortunately, I dont want to do the 1 hour long drive just for a usb stick right now.
