Maybe he's talking about a ink refill booth in the Atrium? Island Inkjet I think.

I had a bad experience with Island Inkjet. I took it to the one at Woodside Square in Scarborough and when I finally got it refilled, the computer detected low ink levels in my newly refilled cartridges. It wasn't even cheap to begin with but I decided to try it out. Never again. It could just be an isolated incident but the best place to get refills is the mall beside Metro Square by Warden and Steeles. That Century Plaza. There's a ink replacement store inside that mall and it's pretty cheap. It was about 10 to 15 dollars for my hp all in one printer.

CIS systems rule. The only trick is the initial installation. My epson system + full ink tanks was $70. Equivalent to 10-12 full sets of cartridges per refill for $40-50.
