View Full Version : What is the difference between these 2 DVI cables ?

Just got a new monitor that didn't include DVI cable. Checked monoprice and I don't know what the difference is between these 2 cables except for the price.

The gauge

28 vs 24.

The lower the number the thicker the wire. It shouldnt make that much of a difference in quality if any at all.

For 3 feet, yup, the cheaper one is good.

28 is ok for 6 ft HDMI. I have a couple of them, no problems.
