It's actually a good deal for this store, you will even get 20% off items that normally include a bonus buck (meaning they can't be discounted by the shoe co). What do you expect from a discount shoe retailer?
Picked up 4 new pairs of shoes for my kids there yesterday, 2x keds, a nike and adidas pair for 52 dollars. Great store, awesome clearance deals.
