Going to be setting up a HTPC looking for a recommendation on a good TV tuner card looking to have it setup as a PVR also with digital cable. Been looking at the ATI 650 or the Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1600 but would like an all in one card so it doesn't take up alot of space.
