Looking for a notebook harddrive.

Can be 4200, 5400 and 7200 RPM IDE.

Need it ASAP.

The cheapest solution to buying a notebook HD is go and get an external 2.5" USB drive. The drives inside are exactly what you are looking for and a LOT cheaper than a bare mechanism you can buy at a store. The drives inside those are not any different makes other than the usual Seagate, Maxtor etc...

What I do is buy one, take the case apart and pull out the drive and install/format it in the notebook. Works fine and saves you $$

Can we still find ide harddrives or are they now all SATA drives? (At the stores.)

Most are SATA, Passports are almost all SATA on shelves. PM me what size IDE and if you want me to Image your Old HDD to your new one. We can work something out.
