when do quarterly and year end reports come out for companies?

I am trying to find out when the year end and quarterly reports come out for companies.

I assume you are talking about publicly traded companies..

For US public companies, quarterlies must come out 45 calender days after quarter ending date and 90 calender days after year end date...

Not sure about Canadian companies, but should be similar...

best way is to see when the company issued reports last year... should be around the same time the next go around..

If there is bad news in those reports they will come out Friday, after the market closes, before a long weekend.
