Local connectioni only when two computers are connected - Vista

I have this annoying problem with my home wireless connection. When my laptop and my HTPC are turned on and connected wirelessly to the my 2wire modem/router, both computers will say i have local access only, but no internet access. However, i can still connect to the internet and browse.

I am not experiencing any problem browsing the net, but this is strange, and annoying. Could this be another Vista problem?

You're saying this also happens when there's only one computer turned on?
