I didn't realize they had gates like this. I already have the normal plastic ones, but they're not big enough to be of any use anywhere in the house. I might pick up a set of these and try it out.

The design of this gate is great... but I don't know they don't make the non-wide version anymore. The specs for the one linked above say: "Fits openings 38-60" wide". But most doors in homes are between 32" and 36", so don't expect it to work in a standard doorway.
