I need some dire help out here. Whats the best prepaid cell phone out right now with mp3 capabilities and camera. I really do not care about the carrier because all of the plans seem to be similar. But I do want the phone under $180.

how often will you be using this phone. Overall, i recommend 7-11 speakout. It is the best rate/terms for pay as you go, and is GSM, so will work with the unlocked phone of your choice. It also works with rogers phones.
