ok so rite now i am with bell and it SUCKS HARDCORE lol, i am looking to get a better internet service i live in ontario and i was woudnering if u guys could list some of the best internet providers around my area thanks so much appreciated

I've heard really good things about TekSavvy. I'm with Rogers now, but will likely switch to TekSavvy when we move. No traffic shaping. You can read reviews here and they seem very positive:
