if you try to fight it would you beable to renew your plates or do you have to wait til u go to court

while its sitting in court waiting for trial, its still pending, so you can renew your plates without any problems

its any outstanding fines, parking/407, that deny plates renewal

If you send it to court, must you get a court date within a year?

Also, if you pay the ticket online after you send it to court, so say its around 8 months down the road of receiving the ticket, what happens?
