i did a trade with a rfder.

i trade for n80 + cash, bt, and a sim card for his 360.

ok so i didn't know that bluetooth wasn't working and etc. We did the trade before this thread happen or before i found it wasn't working

so he complains to me how it isn't working and etc, so i told him if he can get it repair for a certain amount. then i am willing to pay for it. He saids ok and everything. He then tells me there is this guy around his area that can fix the bluetooth problem for 60$.

He tells me he will be the nice guy and will pay me 30$ next friday, so basically i am paying 60$ now and getting 30$ after.

I ran into a problem, and told him i only got 55$ on my account yesturday night. He agreed to pay the extra 5$. Then next day he tells me he can't get the money out of his machine and didn't go repair it.

So then i told him y don't you pay using debit or deposit 5 dollar so you get 60. He tells me y u expect so much from me.

Then go gets all pissed off and swears at me and saids I am a ****** jew.

I then also got piss and told him w.e give me my stuff back and i will give ur stuff back. He tells me if i want my stuff back i have to pay interest fee for using his 360.

I am like wtf is this. Why should i have to pay for using the 360 if i am the owner of it. This rfder username is Rbob

Then you also didn't use the 360, which is also hard to believe. I think nobody pays anything, trade the items back, and be done with it. Funny that he's sitting there calling you a jew and then demanding interest for using the 360 in the next breath... :p

Man this guy ran me around in so many circles, wasted so much of my time. Told me things worked when they obviously didn't. Like for what I was getting I was definitly being nice. Also don't say yes I understand or yes or what ever IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND then you wont have to so things 3 times over. And I liked how you actualy said yes the bluetooth works when you last tried it. Also it's not the 5$ that I cared about it was you trying to be cheap with just about everything when you where already getting a deal.

I'm not real clear on what did or didn't work, and only the two of you actually conversed about it.....but did you honestly ask the guy to pay interest and call him a jew?

you make it sound like the phone is all broken and nothing works but in fact only the bluetooth has problem which i sent you money to get it fixed. So now its not really my problem, you told me that there is a guy near your area that can fix it for 60$. So i sent you you money to get it fix.

And the part about my parents is cuz my parents are asian and wasn't born here so i am 1st generation so they go by the rules at their home country.

I am sure anyone that is asian that had immigrants parents would know how strict they can be unlike some other parents

With all due respect guys, I think you can still resolve this....Reporting and Negative feedback will give you both a black eye in the trading community here, but you'll both still be no better off than when this started...

Rbob you now have
-n80 (bluetooth needs repair)
-Cash from original trade
-bt (whatever that is)
-A sim card
-And $55 towards the repair of the bluetooth

Aznkid2000 you have an XBox 360

Rbob, it's my understanding that you agreed to pay him back $30 of the $60 he was gonna give you, so you'll just have to give him back $25 of the $55

Go get the phone repaired and finish this deal, I believe you both want this to happen

Now, as some of the other users said, some of the remarks were probably not neccessary, but I think Rbob reacted due to frustration more than trying to be offensive (we've all been there once in a while)

I think it was moment of frustration that we should all agree needs to be put behind us.....

As for fixing the phone my brother got a Pearl fixed up today, on 640 Danforth Ave (just at Pape station)....they weren't very good at diagnosing things, but if you know what you want, they had reasonable pricing for parts ....so if the guy you had in mind doesn't work out call these guys at 647-345-9449

I hope you guys get things resolved....
